What is Sponsored Listings?
Sponsored Listings is a promotional tool that artists who are verified to sell on Saatchi Art can use to gain additional exposure for individual artwork listings on the website. Sponsored Listings uses a digital advertising model whereby artists (advertisers) pay per click (CPC) for placement on specific high-traffic pages of the website. Sponsored Listings is launching in closed beta in Spring 2026 and is accessible by invite only at this time. Please sign up for the waitlist to be invited.
I was a part of the invite-only (beta) launch. Will I be charged?
As of March 2026, all artists eligible and invited to Sponsored Listings will be invoiced for any balances they accrue. This first-access, invite-only launch gives artists from the waitlist a chance to try the feature first and provide feedback on things such as billing.
My invite from Constructor expired. What can I do to activate my account?
Account activation links are good for seven (7) days before they expire and a new link needs to be sent. To request a new activation link, please submit a support ticket: Submit a request – Help Center
What is ‘Cost-per-Click’ (CPC)?
Answer: Cost-per-Click or “CPC” is a digital advertising model where the advertiser only pays when a website visitor clicks on your ad. The “cost” is the current bid price for that specific placement where your ad is running. Bid prices are set using a “second-price auction” – meaning that if your bid “wins” for that placement, you pay the amount per-click of the next highest bidder.
How does billing/payment work?
Answer: Saatchi Art will send invoices via email at the beginning of each month for any balance accrued the previous month. For example, if you accrued a balance of $100 in March, we will issue an invoice in the first week of April. You will have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice.
What if I don’t pay my balance in time?
Answer: Artists that fail to pay their invoice within the 14 day timeframe will have their Constructor account and all active campaigns temporarily suspended until their invoice is paid in full. Some exceptions may be made in some cases for low-value balances.
