We’ve recently seen an increase in phishing and spam attempts targeting artists in our community. These messages may appear to come from Saatchi Art or related contacts, but they are not legitimate.
Please remember: All official communication from Saatchi Art will always come from an email address ending in @saatchiart.com
. If you receive a message from a different domain—even if it looks convincing—do not engage.
How to Protect Yourself:
Be cautious of any unexpected emails, texts, or calls requesting personal information (such as bank info, ID numbers, etc.) or prompting you to click unfamiliar links.
Do not click on links or respond to suspicious messages.
Report and mark these emails as spam or phishing in your email client to help prevent future attempts.
Update your password on Saatchi Art and any accounts that share the same login credentials.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your email and any other sensitive accounts for added security.
If you’re ever unsure about a message you’ve received, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@saatchiart.com before taking action or fill out a support ticket on our website: https://support.saatchiart.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Your safety is important to us—thank you for staying vigilant.
