After you've completed your purchase with Saatchi Art, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email.
From there, depending on the type of product you've purchase (Original or Print), you'll receive a shipping notification email.
All shipments are scheduled with Door-to-Door Delivery Service unless otherwise stated.
What is Door-to-Door Delivery Service?
- Pick up from origin point (Artist's Studio)
- Transport of the artwork(s) to your delivery address
- Delivery of your artwork(s) to your front door/front lobby
NOTE: This service does not include unpackaging, removal of packaging materials, or installation
What is White Glove Delivery Service?
White Glove Delivery includes all of the above but can also include inside delivery to a room/location of your choice, unpackaging, and removal of packaging materials. Depending on the artwork/project, installation services may also be available.
Additional charges apply for White Glove Delivery. This service is not available through checkout and must be arranged directly with our team:
Contact our Artist Advisory Team (curator@saatchiart.com) for assistance placing an order. Please provide any specifications about access to the area this will be delivered (stairs, freight elevator availability, driveway, etc.) and any additional requests you may have (installation, etc.). Your Art Advisor will be able to present you with a quote for the additional service(s) and help you move forward with completing the order.

Place your order as normal and use our Contact Us form to submit a White Glove Delivery request. Please provide any specifications about access to the area this will be delivered (stairs, freight elevator availability, driveway, etc.) and any additional requests you may have (installation, etc.). Our team will get back to you with a quote for the additional service(s). Once you confirm you would like to proceed, we will send you an invoice to collect the additional funds required. Once payment is received, we will proceed with booking and keep you updated as this progresses.
How can I track my shipment?
For the most detailed, up-to-date tracking information, we recommend that you track your package via the particular shipping carrier's website—either DHL or FedEx.
To identify which carrier is handling your package, please locate the email notification you received when the artwork shipped, which contained the subject line: "Your order item has been shipped."
This email contains a link allowing you to access a webpage with your order tracking details including your specific courier and your tracking number. Please copy the tracking number from this page and then enter it into the courier's webpage for the latest tracking information.
To check your order status, log into your Saatchi Art account. From the main menu, hover over your name on the main menu and click Orders to go to your Orders page.
