Saatchi Art has partnered with Hyperwallet to offer you fast, convenient and reliable payments using our Payout Manager. Our Payout Manager puts you, the artist, in control of how you receive payments.
To activate your payout account, you will need your Artist User ID, which can be found on your Sales Dashboard. Please write down this number before beginning your activation steps with Hyperwallet.
IMPORTANT: Your Artist User ID will not appear until after your first successful sale has been completed. At that time, a Hyperwallet account will automatically be created for you (you will not be able to create one beforehand), and you will receive instructions on how to activate the account using your Artist User ID.
Saatchi Art collects payment for all artworks upfront and disburses funds to artists once the artwork has been safely delivered. For each sale, Saatchi Art will begin processing your payment 14 days after the delivery date, at which point the status of that sale will change to Closed.
Preparing your payment takes an additional 4–5 days of processing, meaning your funds may take up to 19 days from the delivery date to appear in your Hyperwallet account.
Once your payment has been processed, Saatchi Art will email you to confirm that your funds are available. At that point, artists must request their payment through their Payout Manager in Hyperwallet.
If this is your first completed sale, you will be prompted to activate your Hyperwallet account. You can begin the activation process using the link in your Sales Dashboard, and Hyperwallet will email you with the steps required to complete your account setup.
