My artwork was delivered, but the Saatchi system still says in transit, so I can't get a payout

My artwork was delivered, but the Saatchi system still says in transit, so I can't get a payout. This is why I'm probably going to cancel my account. Not good for the artists, but obviously, Saatchi's software is flawed.  I have no way to contact Saatchi directly.
