The Source of Inspiration
As an artist, I am often asked where my inspiration comes from.
Over time, I have come to understand that it does not truly belong to me.
In moments of stillness, when the noise fades and presence takes over, there is something greater at work — something that cannot be controlled, only received.
On this Good Friday, I am reminded that creation, in its deepest form, is not an act of ownership, but of surrender.
The ideas, the emotions, the direction… they arrive in silence.
My role is not to invent them, but to listen.
To be attentive.
To be open.
To be faithful to what is given.
What I create is therefore not only a reflection of my journey, but also of something beyond it — a quiet dialogue between the visible and the invisible.
In this sense, inspiration is not something I possess.
It is something I am entrusted with.
