Payment timeline

Some artists in the community may already be familiar with the payout timeline, but for those who are newer to the platform, here’s a quick overview of how it works:
• Fourteen (14) days after the artwork is delivered to the buyer, the sale automatically closes in our system and the payment process begins.
• Preparing the payment takes an additional 4–5 days. During this time, the sale will continue to appear as “Pending” in your Sales Dashboard. Because of this processing period, the status may remain pending for up to 19 days after delivery.
• Once the payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know that your payout is ready to request through your Hyperwallet Pay Portal.
So if you notice your sale still marked as pending during this timeframe, that’s completely normal and simply means the payment is moving through the standard processing steps.
Please note: its not possible to se up your Hyperwallet Pay Portal account until after your first sale closes. When this happens you will be sent an email with instructions to do so.
