Image File Requirements

Hi, Kalani (Community Manager) again here. This is a resource here to help with uploading artwork. If you’re new to uploading artwork, the process in Artist Studio is designed to be pretty straightforward but for the full walkthrough, you can check out this article.

Before uploading, make sure your image file meets our requirements:

• JPEG file in RGB color format (not CMYK)
• At least 1200 x 1500 pixels
• Under 50MB in file size

Once your image meets those specs, you’re ready to upload your artwork.
To begin, head to your Artist Studio by clicking the icon in the top navigation menu. From there, you’ll land on your Artworks Dashboard.

If this is your first upload, the dashboard will be empty, that’s totally normal. You’ll see a prompt to start uploading your first piece, and you can follow the steps from there.
