In order to export your artwork outside of China additional export documents are required. Should you be able to obtain these on your own, kindly let us know.
Due to the difficulties of obtaining these documents, Saatchi Art will be organizing your shipment through a specialized courier and broker. To proceed with booking the shipment, please reply to your confirmation email with the following information at your earliest convenience:
- Dimensions of the packaging
- Weight of the artwork in the packaging
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the artwork

Note that your artwork will only be covered under our insurance policy if it is adequately packed according to these guidelines.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
Since Saatchi Art is shipping this with a third party courier, we will pass along the shipping documents needed via email.
A few other reminders-
- Please print and prepare your shipping documents prior to the courier's arrival.
- Always use only the label and documents we have issued, as we cannot track or insure the artwork shipment otherwise.
