Based on your location, additional steps will need to be taken prior to the shipment of your artwork. Please note that it typically takes 5-7 days to complete these steps, so please schedule your pickup accordingly.
Since your artwork will be shipped outside of Hungary, in order to avoid significant delays and possible return of your shipment you may be required to obtain specific export documents.

The KÖH will confirm that your artwork is not a historical item, and therefore is permitted for export.
- Print the attached document for DHL Export. Complete the information on the document, "NYILATKOZAT"
Please have any and all required document(s) prior to your courier pick up date.
SHIPPING
Saatchi Art will email you the other shipping documents. The buyer of your artwork pays for postage. Please be expecting this email.
PACKAGE YOUR ARTWORK
After you receive the export documents from the Ministry, it is necessary to package your artwork for shipping.

Note: It is important that you adequately package your artwork according to our guidelines in order to qualify for insurance coverage.
