EXPORT REQUIREMENTS
Any total value of shipments at 999 euros or above will require an export declaration form for each shipment.
In Germany it is a requirement for all exports valued over 999 Euros to include an Export Declaration. This includes multiple shipments shipped on the same day that value 999 Euros or more. The Export Declaration can be obtained using the electronic export procedure also known as Atlas.
Please know that these steps will need to be taken prior to the shipment of your artwork. Please note that it typically takes 5-7 days to complete these steps, so please schedule your pickup accordingly.

In order to obtain your German Export Declaration, you will be advised to hire a transport service which will cost an additional fee. Unfortunately, the fee will have to be paid directly by the artist and not Saatchi Art.

Note that your artwork will only be covered under our insurance policy if it is adequately packed according to these guidelines.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
The pre-paid shipping label and paperwork you need are available to download from your Sales Dashboard in your Saatchi Art account as follows-
Shipping label: please affix this to the outside of the package
Certificate of authenticity: for the client's records, please place this inside the package
- Declaration of art: this is a customs document required for international shipments, please give 1 copy to the courier
- Commercial invoice: another customs document required for international shipments, please give 3 copies to the courier
A few other reminders-
- Please print and prepare your shipping documents prior to the courier's arrival.
- Always use only the label and documents we have issued, as we cannot track or insure the artwork shipment otherwise.
