I'm the seller: What happens if I get an offer?

If someone makes an offer on an artwork that you have purchased through Saatchi Art, you will be contacted via email with the offer price as well as detailed instructions on how to move forward if you agree to sell.

Should you decide to accept the offer, a member from our team will work closely with you through every step to the process.

First, you'll need to verify that the artwork you own has not been altered in anyway and that it matches the image displayed on Saatchi Art. Second, you'll need to source the proper packaging materials. You'll then prepare the artwork for shipping (Saatchi Art's support team can provide guidance on this). Once that’s been completed, Saatchi Art will email you shipping labels to print out. You'll then let our team know when we can collect the packaged artwork from you. Once the artwork has been received by the buyer, and verified to be in good condition, our team will contact you to complete payment to you for the sale.

All resale transactions are final sale.

The proper packaging is extremely important. Should an artwork arrive damaged due to poor packaging, the artwork will not be covered by insurance, and the seller will be held responsible for the cost of any repairs.
