If my offer is accepted, do I have to go forward with the purchase?

Yes. If your offer is accepted, with the exception of special circumstances, you are required to go forward with the purchase. Your credit card will be charged with the final cost including shipping as displayed to you on the offer form.

We ask, out of respect for our artists, to please only make offers on artwork you are ready and willing to purchase should your offer be accepted. 

Please note that although you can’t make another offer on the artwork, you’ll be able to purchase it at full price at a later time if it’s still available for sale on Saatchi Art.
