How do I change/reset my password?

Below are instructions on how to:

• Change your existing password
• Reset your password if you've forgotten it

To change your password:

Step 1 – Hover over your name on the right of the top navigation menu and select Account Information (see below). You'll be directed to your Account Information Page.



Step 2 – Enter your new password in the “New Password” field as well as the “Confirm Password” field. Scroll down and click Save.

If you’ve forgotten your password and need to reset it, please do the following:
 
Step 1 –  Select Sign In from the Saatchi Art Main Menu to open the Login pop-up window. Click Forgot my Password to open the Forgot Password page.


 
Step 2 –  Enter your email address and click Submit Request.
 

 
Step 2 – You’ll receive an email with a link allowing you to reset your password. Click this link and you’ll be taken to a page where you can submit a new password.
