If the artwork arrives and you're not satisfied with your original purchase for any reason, you'll have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the work for a refund.
For Open Edition prints, you have 30 days to return from the date you received your order.
You may return any eligible artwork (i.e. artwork that is not one of the Final Sale items, listed below), provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.
The 7-Day money-back guarantee is NOT applicable to the following final sale items:
- Framed/Matted Open Edition Prints
- Limited Edition Works (not purchased through limited.saatchiart.com)
- Special Collection Works
