Why Is the artwork I uploaded through the app “Unavailable” for sale?

If you’ve uploaded artwork and indicated that it’s available for sale but the artwork is listed as “Unavailable” on both the app and the site, it’s probably because you haven’t submitted a government-issued photo ID to us yet. We require all artists to verify their identification before being able to sell their work with us.

Please log in to your account and upload your ID from your Address and Identification Page.
