Can I cancel an order prior to shipment?

Yes, you can. Note that all buyers have the right to cancel their order any time before shipment, and are able to return art 7 days after the delivery date if unsatisfied with the work. (For more information regarding our return policy please see: Saatchi Art's 7-Day Guarantee.) 

In light of our 7-day return policy, we recommend that you please allow the shipment to arrive so that you can see the work in person before making your final decision whether or not to keep it. However, if you're absolutely certain that you do not want the artwork after all, please immediately contact support@saatchiart.com and provide your order details. 

Canceling Open Edition Print Orders
If you've ordered an open edition print, please note that your artwork is created immediately following successful processing of payment. Should you decide to cancel an open edition print order, we may not be able to stop the transaction prior to production. If you're attempting to make changes to a print order once payment has been received, we'll need to cancel the order entirely and create a new order.
 
IMPORTANT: Saatchi Art is not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment.
