How do I create a collector account?

Step 1 – From the Saatchi Art homepage menu please select Register | Sign In located at the top right of the page (see below). The Create Account / Login window will appear.

Step 2 – Click the Create Account button. The Account Creation pop-up window will appear. (Alternatively, you can select to create an account using the information on your Facebook profile. If so, click Connect with Facebook and answer the questions given regarding your Facebook account.)



On the next page, click “I’m a Collector” (see below). (Note that you can switch to an artist account at any time without creating a new account.)



Step 3 – In the next window, enter your name, email, and password in the appropriate fields and click Create Account.



Your account is now created, but in order to begin purchasing artwork, you’ll need to verify your email account and add your contact information to your profile.

Step 4 – From the Account menu, select Account Information (see below) to open the Account Information page.
 



Step 5 – Verify your email address by clicking the Verify Email Address button beneath the email address field (see below). An email will be sent to the specified address containing a verification link. Click the link provided within the email to complete the verification process.




We’ll send you a verification email with a link allowing you to verify your email address. If you don’t receive this email, check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder to see if it’s been sent there. If you still can’t find the email, click to send an email to support@saatchiart.com with the subject line: “VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS”.

Step 6 – From the main menu at the top right, hover over your name and select Account Information to open your profile page. Then, from the menu on the left, select "Address and Identification" (see below).

Step 7 – Enter your contact information in the appropriate fields and click Save Changes (see below). Once you fill out this information, the Saatchi Art support team will be able to contact you (if necessary) regarding any orders you place.
