How do I create an artist account?

Step 1 – From the Saatchi Art homepage menu (at the top right of the page) please select Register | Sign In. The Sign In window will appear.
 


Step 2 – Click the Create Account button on the left of the window.

Select Connect with Facebook and answer the questions regarding your Facebook account. (See section below - "About opening a Saatchi Art profile with your Facebook account") 

Step 3 – Indicate that you are an Artist (see below) and the Artist Account Creation pop-up window will appear. Note that you can switch between artist and collector at any time without having to create a new account. 

Step 4 – From the Account Creation Window, enter your name, email address, desired password, and username (which will also be included in your custom URL). Select Create Account. 

Your account is now created, but in order to begin uploading and purchasing artwork, you’ll need to verify your email account and add your contact information to your profile.

Step 5 – From the Account menu, select Account Information (see below) to open the Account Information page. 




Step 6 – Verify your email address by clicking the Verify Email Address button beneath the email address field. An email will be sent to the specified address containing a verification link. Click the link provided within the email to complete the verification process.

 
We’ll send you a verification email with a link allowing you to verify your email address. If you don’t receive this email, check your SPAM folder to see if it’s been sent there. 
 
Step 7 – From the Account menu at the top right, select Address and Identification (see below).

Step 8 – Fill out the contact information in the Address and Identification page and click Save or Save Changes. 
 

About opening a Saatchi Art profile with your Facebook account.
 
If you have an existing Facebook account, you can select the Connect with Facebook button during account creation. Saatchi Art will automatically pull in your Facebook profile information to Saatchi Art. You can also opt in or out of posting your Saatchi Art activity to Facebook.

Please note that if you create a Saatchi Art account with an email address that is not associated with your Facebook account, it will create a new account associated with the email used for Facebook.
