Can a gallerist sell works by artists they represent?

Gallerists may sell the work of artists they represents as long as they upload their own government-issued photo ID and fill out and submit the required tax form(s) in the gallery name.

The account may be created using the gallery name but all listed artworks must have the individual artist’s name under the art description. The gallery will be responsible for handling every aspect of the account and must reply to any requests or notifications of a sale in a timely manner.
