How do I order an open edition print?

Step 1 – Click on the thumbnail image of the artwork you’d like to purchase to go to the artwork’s page. If prints are available, the PRINTS tab will be visible at the top right of the page (see image below). You will be given the option to select your desired print material and size from the available options by clicking on the drop down arrows beneath "Select a Material" and "Select a Size." As you make your selections, you'll be able to preview the print in a room containing a 3-foot-tall by 5-foot-wide sofa and 5.5-foot-tall plant for scale.

NOTE: If you are purchasing a wrapped canvas print, you’ll also be given the option of choosing a white or black wrap (i.e. the color of the outer edges of the wrapped print).

To view details about your selected print material, click Show Details.

Step 2 – You'll also be given the option to add a frame to your print. Simply choose the style of frame from the pick list. The View in a Room preview will update as you make your selections, as well as the print's price. Note that framed prints are non-returnable.

Step 3 – Once you’ve selected your print material, size, and frame (optional), click the Buy Print button. If you’d like to add more items to your cart before checking out, click Continue Shopping on the bottom left.

Step 4 – Once you’re ready to check out, click Proceed To Checkout.

Step 5 – Enter your Billing and Shipping Address then click Ship to this Address

Step 6 – Enter your Payment information. From here, you’ll be able to review your order’s shipping and tax fees (on the right hand side of the screen).

If prints are being shipped internationally, any applicable duties and taxes will not included in the checkout cart. Instead, the buyer will receive a separate invoice when the print is delivered.

Step 7 – Click Proceed to Order Review.

Step 8 – Once you submit the order, our system will automatically generate your order number and you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your order details.

NOTE: Canvas prints are shipped on stretcher bars in a tightly-sealed cardboard box. Our fine art and gallery photo prints are shipped either in flat mailers or tubes, depending on their size.
