All customers have the right to return an artwork pursuant to our Returns Policy.
We work closely with our artists to ensure they're packaging methods are professional grade, with the highest care and consideration. If your purchase arrives with damage, please contact our Support Team for immediate attention on the matter. When you submit your inquiry to your Sales Advisor, please provide as many details as possible about the situation; describe the manner in which the package was received, describe the packaging the artist used, describe the damage itself in full detail. Photos are extremely helpful with our Support investigations.
Once you receive your artwork please hold onto the original packaging. Return shipments must be arranged through Saatchi Art and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order) unless you are otherwise directed.
Please advise not to tamper with the damaged work, as there may be a solution for restoration we can advise you with.
