CREATE AN ARTIST ACCOUNT
Step 1 – From the Saatchi Art homepage menu (at the top right of the page) please select Register. You will be redirected to the Register page.
Step 2 – To create an account enter your first and last name, your email address, and create a password for your account.

Select Sign in with Facebook and answer the questions regarding your Facebook account.
Your account is now created, but in order to begin uploading and purchasing artwork, you’ll need to verify your email address and add your contact information to your profile.
Step 5 – An email from Saatchi Art with the subject Saatchi Art: "Please activate your account" has been delivered to your email address you have provided. Click the Activate Account link found within the email to verify your email address.
In addition, if you're ever having trouble receiving that email, you may verify your email address by sending Saatchi Art an inquiry with the subject line: “VERIFY MY EMAIL ADDRESS” through this form.
About opening a Saatchi Art profile with your Facebook account
If you have an existing Facebook account, you can select the Sign in with Facebook button during account creation. Saatchi Art will automatically pull in your Facebook profile information to Saatchi Art. You can also opt in or out of posting your Saatchi Art activity to Facebook.
Please note that if you create a Saatchi Art account with an email address that is not associated with your Facebook account, it will create a new account associated with the email used for Facebook.
UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO ID
In order to verify your legal name and identity with Saatchi Art, you must upload a government-issued photo ID such as a driver license or passport. To do so:
Step 1 – From your Account Information page, select Address and Identification from the menu beneath your name.
Step 2 – From the Address and Identification page, scroll down to Government Issued Identification (For Sellers Only), then click Upload ID.
Step 3 – Read the ID uploading agreement and instructions, then click Choose File to browse for the image of your photo ID on your computer.
Step 4 – If you’re using an Artist Name (i.e. a pseudonym) that‘s different from the name on your government-issued ID please enter your Legal Name in the field provided.
Step 5 – Click Submit.
NOTE: It can take 24 hours for IDs to be approved in our system.
Once your ID is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that you can begin selling your work on Saatchi Art.
CHANGE OR RESET YOUR PASSWORD
To change your password:
Step 1 – Hover over your name on the right of the top navigation menu and select Account Information. You'll be directed to your Account Information page.
Step 2 – Enter your new password in the “New Password” field as well as the “Confirm Password” field. Scroll down and click Save.
To reset your password:
Step 1 – Select Sign In from the Saatchi Art homepage to open the Sign In window. Click Forgot your Password? to open the Forgot Password page.
Step 2 – Enter your email address and click Reset.
Step 3 – You’ll receive an email with a link allowing you to reset your password. Click this link and you’ll be taken to a page where you can submit a new password.
UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
Step 1 – Hover over your name on the right of the top navigation menu and select Account Information. You'll be directed to your Account Information page.
Step 2 – If you need to change your email address, edit the email address in the Email field, then scroll down and click Save. If you need to change your shipping address, proceed to step 3.
Please note that if you are a current seller, all of your artworks will have the previous address as provided during upload. Saving the changes in your Address Information does not automatically update your artwork's shipping information. Please take the time to review all of your artworks to ensure that your new shipping information has been updated for each. Only your future uploads will have the new shipping location populated automatically.
SUBSCRIBE OR UNSUBSCRIBE
To unsubscribe from any marketing emails, please find the email received in your email inbox, scroll to the bottom to select "unsubscribe".
CANCEL ACCOUNT
If you'd like to cancel your Saatchi Art account, please sign in, go to Account Information, and click “Delete Account”. Please note that this action will delete all saved artworks and purchase history.
